Mycenae: the Temple deposit

Small pottery bowl with jewellery from temple deposit Jewellery of ivory, glass and stone from the bowl

This small bowl contained dozens of beads of different materials, but also an ivory figure, a crystal duck and a faience scarab. Almost all the beads were 'singletons' suggesting samples rather than complete necklaces.
