MYCENAE: FINDS FROM THE TEMPLE COMPLEX 2
|
|
Among the numerous objects found in Room 18 and the Alcove were at least 15 snake figures made of clay which are, to date, unique in the Mycenaean world. A single fragment of one of these snakes was found on the stairs leading to the blocked doorway of Room 18. |
